Our Carpet Maintenance Program is comprised of 2 types of carpet cleaning: Restorative Cleaning and Interim Cleaning. Depending on your environment, 1 or 2 Restorative cleaning are performed during a 1 year period, with monthly Interim cleaning in the other months. The cost for a Restorative Cleaning ranges between 6 and 8 cents per Sq.ft., while Interim cleaning are 1 cent per Sq.ft. For example: 10,000 square feet of carpet with 1 Restorative Cleaning and 11 Interim cleaning would cost $700.00 + $770.00 or $1,470.00 per year. For a limited time, New Customers will get a promotional discount when they add a Carpet Maintenance Program to their Janitorial Contract.
